This might sound funny, and believe me it sounds funny saying it out loud as well or even thinking it, but I am starting to "feel" grown up. Wait, and hear me out.

Earning a lot, working for nothing and bad movies

So I have come to the conclusion that I am not having the best year, but it is looking up. Now I need to pray and hope and maybe use some magic powers to get my patience to stay.. well patient. Because living with the parentals, for however short time is not easy. I'm keeping my eye on the prize.

I tried, but I guess no news is good news!

I really wanted to update my blog yesterday. And I really wanted to update my blog today. But today I am midweek tired. This is a term I just made up to excuse my lack of energy.

Oh. I know I am working very hard nowadays. 1.25 jobs is no joke. And I know I read too late most days. And that my days are filled from dawn to dusk. But this is just one of those expectationally tired days.

I should add that I've had this blank page open for about 45 minutes. But I was distracted by first the TV, then a little bit of Facebook and then Twitter, and then a lot of playing with the Google doodle.

I'll make time tomorrow. Because believe it or not. I have a lot to say.. And a lot to share. If only somebody can just design a app that can just tap into my brain, and translate that into blog posts. And plug in my phone and camera and update photos.

And yes I know I do this because I want to. Just for fun.

That thing called balance

Although I have excellent balance when doing things like jumping, running and generally walking, I have yet to completely master the act of balance in my life. Yes, yes I know. Those who know me might be jumping up and down right now ready to argue, but let me explain. Or try to. For all I know you may be right.

Dodging Awkward Questions

I dodge (and answer) of my fair share of awkward questions on a daily basis. Nothing is holy when it comes to younger kids. And closed doors is non existent.

And since my life just invites awkwardness, I'm a artful dodger.

Twitter and Me

It is no secret that I like Twitter. I like it like I love Saturdays and flowers. For me it is more than staying up to date with breaking news, chatting with strangers and tweeting my random thoughts and bad jokes. The truth is much sadder tale.

As all tales starts, mine starts with once upon a time...  In a house just up the hill, there lived a girl that had another adult in the house. For the sake of the tale, let’s call him X… Now the girl and the X was happy. They were happy until they got married that is.  Pretty soon they had three beautiful princesses that lived with them. But Mr. X changed and was never at home. The fairytale ended and the party started. Four girls in one house, well that can only mean fun. Dressing up, make-up, reading and watching girly movies while sipping tea. Skipping the sunset and horses, we fast forward back to my topic.

I don't really hate clubs, because I love dancing. But it is best served in small doses that is for sure.  This long weekend gave me hours and hours to at least blog once,but alas, life and fun got in the way.

Tomorrow it's back to the grindstone, and for me a decision. Still undecided, but think I know what I'll end up doing.
